10 Simple Self-care Tips to Keep Your Breasts Healthy and Prevent Sagging

I have seen and heard some men mock women with saggy breasts with a statement such as “see as her breasts look like slippers”. The reason is no far-fetched, it may turn men off.  Women’s boobs are one of their most prized possessions. Your breasts may nourish children, help you find a mate, provide sexual pleasure, and form part of your identity.
Breasts can change many times and in many ways over a woman's lifetime, and even within a given month. Getting to know how your breasts normally feel and look is the first step towards promoting good breast health.
It is no doubt that women are concerned about their boobs’ appearance in respect to the reactions from their male counterparts. They crave for ways to make them look better. A lady asked in an online forum site “I’m 20 and my boobs are a all pert, they are quite soft, squishy and they hang quite a bit. I feel they make me far less attractive and really don’t like the thought of a guy seeing them in case he thinks they’re too “saggy” I’m quite slim as well so I don’t think they’re in proportion to my body. So guys: do you find sagging boobs on a woman a turn-off? Even if you love the girl for personality…”
There are many things we can do on a daily basis to love up our breast to keep them healthy.
So here are 10 simple self-care tips to keep your breasts healthy and prevent sagging: 
(i)     Examine your boobs normally: This is probably the most important because if you don’t examine your boobs regularly you won’t recognize the changes. Breast cancer is no longer a post-menopause problem. A regular exam will warn you before things become serious. If you don’t know how to do a self exam, you can ask someone who knows it to demonstrate, or look it up on Youtube

(ii)   Buy the right bra: Just as the right clothes help you look good and feel your best, the right could be the missing puzzle piece to perfecting your outfit. Learn how to choose the best bra for your boobs, whatever shape and size, to feel more confident in your clothes.
(iii) Maintain your weight.  If you decide to lose weight, do it the healthy way, and maintain it!
(iv) Exercise Regularly: Exercise can shape your breasts and improve circulation. Regular push-ups for 20minutes everyday will make you breast firmer.
(v)   Massage your breast: This can be done at home. Most women forget that their boobs are made of very delicate skin that needs moisture. If you want to keep your breasts looking young and vibrant like a summer flower. There are special herbal oils you can use to massage your breast with your hands. Research has shown that regular breast massage helps blood circulation. You can do this by holding your breasts in your hands and gently press while moving upwards. Use your fingers and massage clockwise and then anti-clockwise. To make this exciting, you could ask your partner to give you this massage.

(vi) Sleep easy: Make sure your night cloth is flexible. It is important to sleep without a bra. As stated above, maximum blood circulation happens, repairing the wear and tear in your body with you sleep without a bra.
Other important self-care tips are:
(vii)           Eating lots of dark green, orange and red vegetables and fruits daily.
(viii)         Washing your fruits and vegetables, or buying organic produce to reduce your    exposure to potentially toxic chemicals.
(ix) Limiting the amount of alcohol you drink and don’t smoke.
(x)   Limiting the caffeine you drink or eat – coffee, tea, chocolate, cola and some other soft drinks may contain relatively high amounts of caffeine and sugar.
